Most of these drips are fairly self explanatory but we’ll go over it anyways.
I create all these as drip campaigns/task reminders. It is recommend that you should create more custom follow up plans with specific instructions on what to do next. You should have a plan of action for every scenario.
Custom F/U: 1 2 3 5 7 7 7 7
You’ll follow up 1 day later, 2 days later 3 days later, then 5 days later, then 7 days later, then 7 days after that and so forth.
Custom F/U: 3 3 3 3 5 5 5 5
You’ll Follow Up 4 times ever 3 days. Then 4 times every 5 days.
Custom F/U: 8x Weekly
Follow up once a week for 8 weeks.
Custom F/U: 8x Bi Weekly
Follow up every other week 8 times.
Custom F/U: 8x Tri Weekly
Follow up every 21 days 8 times.
Custom F/U: 12x Monthly
Follow up once a month for 12 months.
Custom F/U: 12x Bi Monthly
Follow up every other month 12 times.
Custom F/U: 12x Tri Monthly
Follow up every 90 days 12 times.
Custom F/U: Working Lead
If you’re actively working with a lead and not sure what drip to put them on, add this drip. It’ll create a task reminder that that should remind you to check in every 5 days. Think of this drip as a safety net.
Custom F/U: No Back Plan
This should be a task reminder that you create to check in every other day until you can find/create a drip campaign to put a lead on. To come up with a plan of action at a later date, if you will.
*It is recommended that at the end of each custom campaign, you create one last task reminder reminding you to put the lead on another campaign. i.e. Custom F/U: 3 Month Touch. Talking To: Lost contact. etc.
